FoodieMenu is a digital SaaS platform. All purchases are for digital services delivered instantly through our web application. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we offer refunds under the conditions outlined below.
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not used more than 20% of your included credits or features.
- After 14 Days: Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but no partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
- Renewal Refunds: Automatic renewals may be refunded within 48 hours of the charge if you forgot to cancel, provided no credits or features were used in the new billing period.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Annual subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if less than 20% of credits/features have been used.
- Pro-Rated Refunds: After 30 days, we may offer pro-rated refunds on a case-by-case basis for unused months, minus a 15% administrative fee.
3. Credit Pack Refunds
- Unused Credits: Credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been used.
- Partially Used Credits: Once any credits from a pack have been consumed, that pack is non-refundable.
- Credits Never Expire: Your purchased credits remain valid indefinitely and do not expire.
4. eBook Export Refunds
- Digital Goods: eBook exports are digital goods delivered instantly upon generation. Once an eBook has been generated and downloaded, it is non-refundable.
- Failed Exports: If an export fails due to a technical error on our side, we will either provide a free re-export or refund the export cost.
- Quality Issues: If the exported eBook has significant quality issues or missing content, contact us within 7 days for a resolution (re-export or refund).
5. Restaurant Menu Services
- QR Menu Setup: If your menu import or setup fails due to technical issues, we will work to resolve it or provide a refund.
- AI-Generated Images: AI image generation credits are non-refundable once consumed, as the service is delivered instantly.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
7. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refund requests)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
- Requests made outside the eligible refund period
8. Chargebacks
If you believe there is an issue with your charge, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.
